We're building the screen time parents can feel good about

Children today grow up with screens. As parents, we saw the same thing many families see: autoplay that never ends, ads aimed at children, and hours of watching that leave very little behind.

We don't think the answer is to take screens away completely. We think it's to change what's on them. So we set out to build an app where every minute helps a child learn, think and grow, and where parents stay in charge. You can read more in why screen time needs a fix.

• Learning comes first. Every show, game and story is made to teach something, not just to fill time.
• Less, but better. We follow expert advice on healthy screen time for each age, and our time lock helps families stick to it.
• No ads, ever. Children's attention is not for sale. There are no ads and no open feeds on Kidoflix.
• Parents decide. Accounts are created and managed by parents, who choose what their child sees and how long they spend.
• Rooted in India. Stories, characters and values that Indian children recognise, alongside the wonders of science and the wider world.

Everything in Kidoflix is designed around four ideas.

GOOFU is Kidoflix's AI companion: a friendly buddy who helps children speak, reason and communicate with confidence. GOOFU is built for young children. Voice is used only so GOOFU can understand and reply, and parents stay in control of the account.

Kidoflix is made by Superlicious Private Limited, a company based in Gurugram, Haryana, and recognised by Startup India (DPIIT). Our team brings together parents, educators, storytellers and engineers.

Kidoflix launches on 7 December 2026 on Android, iOS and Android TV.
