- Kidoflix is for children aged 2 to 8, used through a parent's account. Only a parent or lawful guardian aged 18 or over can create an account and subscribe.
- ₹399 per month, renewing on the same date until you cancel. You get a pre-debit notification before every renewal.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except where the law or your app store's policy says otherwise. Duplicate charges are refunded.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Superlicious Private Limited, Sector 62, Gurugram 122098, Haryana, India ("Superlicious", "we", "us"), which owns and operates Kidoflix. They apply to the Kidoflix app on Android, iOS and Android TV and to our website (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and parents
- Kidoflix is designed for children aged 2 to 8. Accounts are created and managed only by a parent or lawful guardian who is at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- You may set up child profiles for children in your care. You are responsible for how the Service is used under your account, including by your child.
- Please give accurate details and keep your login secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- Children cannot make payments on Kidoflix. Subscriptions and payments are handled only by the parent.
3. The Kidoflix service
Kidoflix offers original shows, learning games, audio stories and GOOFU, an AI companion, built on our LEAP principles. The parent section lets you choose what your child sees, set a time lock and view consumption insights.
Parental controls are tools to help you. You remain responsible for supervising your child's use of screens, and we encourage following the age guidance on our why screen time needs a fix page.
Kidoflix launches on 7 December 2026. Before launch, the website lets you ask to be notified; that does not create a subscription or any payment obligation.
4. Subscription and price
- Kidoflix costs ₹399 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes unless shown otherwise at checkout. The subscription gives full access to the content library, games, audio stories and GOOFU.
- Your subscription starts as soon as your first payment is successful and renews every month on the same date until you cancel.
- If we change the price, we will tell you in advance. The new price applies only from your next billing cycle after the notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
- Any offers or trials are subject to the conditions shown with them at the time.
5. Payments and autopay
- You can pay using the payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure, authorised payment partners and, where applicable, by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store your full card details.
- When you subscribe, you set up autopay so your subscription renews automatically every month and your child’s access is not interrupted.
- In line with Reserve Bank of India rules on recurring payments, you will receive a pre-debit notification from your bank, card issuer or UPI app before each renewal is charged.
- If a payment fails, check your bank balance, card limit or UPI app and try again. If money was deducted but your subscription is not active, contact us with your transaction ID and we will resolve it.
- If you subscribe through Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store’s terms also apply to billing, renewals and refunds.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Use the option that matches how you subscribed:
- In the Kidoflix app: go to the Parent section and open Subscription.
- UPI Autopay: open your UPI app, go to the autopay or mandates section, and cancel the Kidoflix mandate.
- Google Play (Android / Android TV): Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kidoflix → Cancel.
- Apple App Store (iOS): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kidoflix → Cancel Subscription.
After you cancel, no further payments are taken and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. See our subscription, payments & autopay FAQs for more.
7. Refunds
- Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or by the policy of the app store you paid through.
- If you were charged twice, contact us with both transaction IDs. Any duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment method once verified.
- Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are handled by that store under its own policy.
8. GOOFU, the AI companion
GOOFU is an AI companion that helps children practise communication, speaking and reasoning. When your child talks to GOOFU, voice inputs are processed so GOOFU can understand and respond, as described in our privacy policy.
GOOFU is designed for young children, but like any AI it can sometimes get things wrong. It is an educational companion, not a substitute for a parent, teacher or medical or other professional advice. We encourage parents to stay involved and to tell us if GOOFU ever says something that seems inappropriate, so we can improve it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let anyone using your account:
- copy, download, record, share, resell or publicly show Kidoflix content, except as the app itself allows;
- share your account outside your household or with people not in your care;
- reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with or try to bypass the security or parental controls of the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm children or other users;
- use automated systems or bots to access the Service.
10. Our content and your licence

While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for private, non-commercial use by your family. No other rights are granted.
11. Privacy

We do not show targeted or behavioural advertising to children and we do not sell personal data. Our privacy policy explains this in full and forms part of these Terms.
12. Availability and changes to the Service

- We regularly add, update and sometimes retire content and features. The catalogue may change over time.
- Some features need a compatible device, operating system version and an internet connection, which are your responsibility.
13. Suspension and closing your account
- You can stop using Kidoflix and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription made through an app store; cancel that as described above.
- We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if required by law, or to protect children or the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why.
14. Disclaimers and liability
- Kidoflix is an educational entertainment service. It supports learning but does not guarantee particular learning or developmental outcomes, and it is not medical advice.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
16. Grievances and contact
For questions, complaints or requests about these Terms or the Service, contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within the timelines set under applicable law.
